The Need:
Warren Academy, Nebraska’s premier athletic performance and youth development organization, had built a strong reputation in sports training, mentorship, and leadership programs. However, their website no longer reflected that growth. The existing platform was outdated, difficult to navigate, and didn’t align visually or functionally with the energy and professionalism of the brand.
As Warren expanded its impact through community programs, college recruiting support, and elite-level training, they needed a platform that could scale alongside them—serving athletes, parents, coaches, and donors with clarity and purpose.
The Solution:
MMG rebranded and rebuilt the Warren Academy site using ExpressionEngine. We focused on modernizing the look and feel with bold visuals, athlete-focused imagery, and dynamic content zones for training programs, testimonials, and upcoming events.
We created program-specific landing pages to highlight speed training, strength development, 7v7 football, and college prep—each with strong calls-to-action, FAQs, and mobile-first design for busy parents and student-athletes on the go.
The site architecture was simplified to reduce friction and make enrollment easier, and ExpressionEngine’s CMS tools were configured so that Warren staff could publish news updates, manage event promotions, and update rosters without technical support.
We also built in backend tools for integrating with social feeds and added structured content blocks for program highlights, video recaps, and recruitment success stories.
The Result:
The rebranded Warren Academy site now showcases the strength, success, and energy behind its programs. Online registrations have increased, time-on-site is up, and families can now explore program offerings with ease.
Warren staff are empowered to keep the site current without relying on third-party developers, and the site now supports their full mission—from local outreach to college-bound athlete development.
