Chameleon Healthcare – ExpressionEngine + Hint Medical Integration
The Need:
Chameleon Healthcare, a concierge care provider with a growing patient base, needed a digital platform that could unify patient education, intake processes, and operational workflows. Their existing website was fragmented, lacked secure patient communication options, and didn’t integrate with Hint Medical—their chosen Electronic Relationship Management (ERM) platform.
They needed a secure, professional, and flexible system that could scale with their practice and support HIPAA-conscious workflows. The platform had to be easy for staff to update while delivering a frictionless experience to patients seeking information, appointments, and support.
The Solution:
MMG delivered a custom ExpressionEngine CMS implementation, tailored to healthcare best practices and tightly integrated with the Hint Medical platform. The new site featured a clean, modern interface with separate paths for patients, providers, and partners—each designed to guide users toward the right resources.
We built a service directory, patient intake sections, and embedded key elements of Hint Medical into the workflow to allow for seamless onboarding, plan selection, and ongoing care communication. The CMS was designed with flexibility in mind, allowing for easy expansion of care programs, provider bios, and FAQs.
On the backend, we configured field-level permissions and customized the admin panel to support HIPAA-aligned content governance. Page load times and mobile optimization were prioritized for accessibility across devices, especially for time-sensitive healthcare interactions.

Chameleon Healthcare now operates with a web platform that supports both business growth and operational security. Patients experience a smooth intake and onboarding process, while staff can manage day-to-day updates without relying on external devs.
