Context first.
Then the work.

Universal Outdoor brings patios, decks, pergolas, stonework, grading, drainage, fire, water, landscape and lighting together under one crew and one contract. Its new Curb Appeal Omaha website needed to make that uncommon breadth easy to understand, show the quality of the finished work and help homeowners move confidently from an idea to a complete backyard plan.

01

What needed
to change.

A traditional contractor portfolio can prove that beautiful projects happened without helping a homeowner understand what should happen next. Universal Outdoor needed a website that could answer practical questions, connect interdependent scopes and remain useful as services, projects and customer needs evolve—not a static gallery that begins aging on launch day.

02

How we made
it move.

MMG organized the experience around the way people actually plan outdoor spaces: the life they want after five, the work required beyond the back door and a clear path from first walk-through to finished build. Warm editorial typography, dusk photography and a direct one-crew story give the brand a distinctive point of view. Behind the experience, MMG’s CMS turns pages, projects and insights into a maintainable knowledge system, while WebMCP exposes structured, task-oriented context so compatible agents can discover authoritative answers instead of guessing from a portfolio grid.
