Our data center security team is actively addressing the Januscape vulnerability (CVE-2026-53359) and is working to mitigate potential risks across our server fleet to ensure the continued security of your hosted environment.
Given the severity of the risk, they are taking all necessary proactive measures to apply required patches and hardening configurations.
Patching for this vulnerability will require a temporary shutdown of our servers while the patch is applied to the parent servers. They estimate that the downtime experienced should be less than an hour per server.
We understand the sensitivities regarding downtime. To protect our hosting services, we are unable to accommodate requests to schedule these reboots.
The 9-hour maintenance window will begin Monday, July 13th, 9:30 AM EDT
