Meet Jacob: Mid-Level Developer

We're so excited to welcome Jacob to our team here at Monstrous Media Group!  Jacob originally hails from Thousand Oaks, California.  In 2009, at the ripe age of 19, Jacob moved to Nebraska with just $150 in his pocket.  He worked minimum wage jobs and used his free time to hit the books and learn how to more professionally program until he landed his first "real" job.  From there, Jacob learned his programming craft through mentors and jumping at every project opportunity that would expand his skillset repertoire.

Jacob is a self-taught programmer who enjoys reading, writing, and takes interest in languages and programming, films, music, trolling the internet, and overall learning.  Jacob tells us that he's excited to be at Monstrous Media Group because of our passion for the work that we do.  We can say that we share the same excitement in bringing Jacob on to our team.  Welcoming an avid learner and tenacious worker like himself is what makes a company like us thrive.  Welcome to the team!
