On the 21st of July, 2018, at 12:00 AM (CST), our data center will be performing routine maintenance to provide necessary OS and hardware updates to core network equipment.

We have a scheduled maintenance window to provide necessary OS and hardware updates to core network equipment that will be performed on July 21st, 2018. This work is scheduled to occur between 12:00AM and 06:00AM (EDT). No action is required on your part.

During this maintenance window the most you should witness are potential brief periods of increased latency and/or minor packet loss.

We do not expect this routine maintenance to be service affecting, however if you experience any issues or witness any abnormalities, please do not hesitate to let us know by contacting our support team.
