Hosting Maintenance Window - Friday March 24, 2017

We have scheduled a maintenance window to provide hardware updates to our high availability stack on Friday March 24, 2017. This work is scheduled to begin at 1:00 AM (EST) and we will be leaving the maintenance window open for one hour.

During this update, our data center engineers will be updating kernels within our high availability stacks. We will be performing these updates Friday, March 24 between 1am-7am EDT. You may experience a brief amount of downtime (less than 2mins) during the fail-over process between nodes.

Please note that this will be executed in a manner that takes advantage of our network's redundancy and resiliency in order to ensure minimal impact on your services however websites may experience downtime during this time.

During this maintenance window, the most you should witness are potential brief periods of increased latency and/or packet loss as traffic is moved to and from the hardware on which work is taking place.
