As the golden leaves of fall pave our streets and the crisp air heralds the arrival of another Thanksgiving, I find myself once again reflecting on the whirlwind of the past year. It's a time to take stock of our journey, the challenges we've faced and the triumphs we've celebrated.

This year, like a ship navigating through uncharted waters, we've experienced monumental changes. Our company has undergone a significant restructuring and a bold national rebranding. These steps are not just milestones in our history; they are testaments to our resilience and commitment to excellence, as well as focus on a very Monstrous future.

As we embarked on this year, I was thrilled to unveil a bold, new direction for our organization. It's a period of dynamic evolution and growth, marked by significant leadership transitions. I stepped into a new role to spearhead a range of exciting initiatives, paving the way for an exceptional team of advisors, general counsel and our energetic Director of Operations, Shane Meredith, to take the helm. Together, they are crafting an inspiring vision for our future and steering us toward groundbreaking achievements.

As I look back on the progress made this year, I am filled with an immense sense of gratitude and pride for every team member. Although my presence in the MMG office isn't as frequent, each visit is a profound reminder of the exceptional culture and demeanor we've nurtured together. Witnessing the vibrant energy and collaborative spirit firsthand is truly heartwarming. It's a privilege to experience and contribute to this dynamic environment, albeit in a more focused and specific capacity in my new role.

Your remarkable dedication and tireless efforts have been instrumental in our successful transformation. You've not only embraced change but have been the driving force behind it, embodying the spirit of innovation and resilience that defines us.

Your steadfast commitment to the core values and the pursuit of the collective goals is truly what makes all of us “Monstrous” in the best sense. Your contributions are the foundation of our success, and I am immensely optimistic about the bright future together.
