I don't like to think of myself as old, just well-seasoned. I have a passion for team building and empowering others. Being an integrator by nature, you'd think I would’ve had fewer trials and tribulations throughout my life. I have learned that great leaders and coaches bring out the best in others. Setting clear goals, creating a pathway to get there and then having a reward when you accomplish something is the simplest way to succeed. Wow, those are some deep thoughts!!
On the lighter side, I am the uncle who will give my nieces and nephew candy and pop without their parent’s knowledge. I like it when people tell me that my voice carries, it's so much nicer than saying I am a loud talker. My main goal in life (which is absolutely not accomplishable) is to make my kids think I am cool.
